Tickets for Frozen The Musical on Broadway go on sale Aug. 14, 2017

Frozen The Musical will start performances on Broadway at the St. James Theatre on Feb. 22, 2018, Disney has announced.

An official opening will most likely take place in mid-March.

Tickets to the general public will be available starting Aug. 14, 2017, but Disney has released a special single use code to people who have signed up on the e-mail list. The pre-sale code is a one-time only use for this lucky enough to get one.  So check your e-mail if you signed up. 

Otherwise, tickets will be available starting Monday, Aug. 14 at 10 a.m. Single tickets will be available for purchase at FrozenTheMusical.com or by calling the Disney on Broadway hotline at (866) 870-2717. Group tickets for 20 or more will be available at DisneyTheatricalSales.com or by calling (800) 439-9000.

The pre-sale seats are ranging in price from $99 for the higher seats to $228 for the front and center.

To combat fraud, print-at-home tickets will be completely replaced by Ticketmaster's mobile device entry technology.

Prior to heading to Broadway, Frozen will be playing at the Buell Theatre in the Denver Center for the Performance Its from Aug. 17 to Oct. 1, 2017. 

The musical will star Caissie Levy as Elsa and Patti Murin as Anna. The cast will also include Jelani Alladin as Kristoff, Greg Hildreth as Olaf, John Riddle as Hans, Robert Creighton as Weselton, Kevin Del Aguila as Oaken, Timothy Hughes as Pabbie, and Andrew Pirozzi as Sven.
