Mobile food ordering expands to Disney Springs at Disney World

Disney World is now expanding its mobile dining ordering program for the first time to Disney Springs.

D-Luxe Burger in the Town Center area of Disney Springs has been added to the mobile ordering area of the My Disney Experience app.

Disney introduced the mobile ordering feature on its app in May at Animal Kingdom with the opening of Pandora. The Satu'li Canteen was the first to offer the option. It has since expanded to Pizzafari, Flame Tree Barbecue and Restaurantosaurus.

The app lets a person order on their phone and pay for the order as well. At this point, credit and debit cards are only accepted on the app. Disney Gift Cards, dining plans or any discounts can not be used for mobile ordering yet.

After ordering and paying customers wait until you get to the restaurant when you then go back to the app and tap "I'm Here, Prepare My Order" button. When the order is ready you'll receive a notification and then you can pick your order at the Mobile Order pickup area.
