New holiday fireworks show planned for Disney's Hollywood Studios

Disney Parks Blog
For those of us still reeling from the cancelation of the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights at Hollywood Studios, there is a little bit of good news today. Disney has announced a new Christmas event: the "Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!" holiday spectacular.

The Hollywood Studios show — similar to the current Star Wars: Galactic Spectacular — includes a combination of projections, special effects and fireworks set to a seasonal musical score. It will run Nov. 14-Dec. 31.

Expect to see characters and scenes from "Prep & Landing," "Mickey's Christmas Carol," "Beauty and the Beast," "Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas" and more. And, of course, there will be snow.

For a really special treat, there will also be a dessert party in conjunction with the show. Reservations are currently available through Dec. 10 by calling 407-WDW-DINE (reservations are not yet available online). The price for the dessert party is $69 for adults and $39 for children.
