Here's the strange reason a man brought two guns to a hotel at Disneyland Paris

A man who was moving is house and feared hie weapons would be misplaced or taken tried to bring two handguns into a hotel at Disneyland Paris.

No one was hurt at the hotel or the park during Thursday's incident, the Associated Press reported.

Authorities searched the man's phone records and found no links to terrorism.

The guns were found on the 28-year-old at the New York Hotel, near Disneyland, during a routine screening checkpoint. The "weapons man were discovered in a guest's luggage through our X-ray machine. The police were immediately notified," Disneyland Paris communications chief Francois Banon told the AP.

A woman was with the man. She was not armed.
